What truth do you believe in about yourself?

In the complex tapestry of human existence, beliefs profoundly shape our perceptions, actions, and, ultimately, our self-esteem. From the teachings passed down through generations to the societal norms ingrained in our minds, we often navigate a labyrinth of inherited convictions.
