Strengthen Your Leadership: Develop Your Social and Emotional Competence

To be an effective leader is not just about having technical knowledge and skills. It's also about having a strong understanding of social and emotional intelligence. To help leaders develop and improve these competencies, we have the Empowerment Program which integrates various competencies within social and emotional intelligence. The framework for the program includes a total of 6 competencies.

Please note! There are very limited spots available, but there is an option to join the waiting list.

Social Competence

Active Listening and Communication Skills: The focus is on listening actively and communicating clearly to understand others and express oneself effectively.

Conflict Management and Negotiation: Involves identifying, managing, and resolving conflicts constructively, as well as negotiating to reach common solutions.

Networking and Relationship Building: Encompasses creating and maintaining professional relationships, teams, and networks by building trust, communicating openly, and developing meaningful relationships.

Emotional Intelligence

Self-awareness and empathy: Involve being aware of one's own feelings, thoughts, and behaviours and being able to regulate them constructively to achieve desired results. It also involves self-compassion and the strength of acceptance.

Motivation and Resilience: This competency focuses on identifying and using internal motivators to achieve personal and professional goals and handling setbacks and difficulties constructively.

Authentic Self-esteem: According to research, this competency is underrated in today's leadership and cultural programs but is one of the most important components of leadership. Authentic self-esteem is about having a healthy and positive perception of oneself based on realism and self-acceptance. It means having confidence in one's own abilities, worth, and self-esteem regardless of external influences or judgments from others. A person with authentic self-esteem is usually confident without being arrogant and can accept both their strengths and weaknesses. They have a strong sense of their identity and do not constantly need validation from others to feel valuable or competent. Authentic self-esteem also involves being aware of and accepting one's limitations and flaws without letting them negatively define one's self-image. It's about learning from mistakes and difficulties instead of feeling defeated by them. People with authentic self-esteem are often more resilient to negative environmental influences and have a more stable sense of well-being and inner harmony. They are also more inclined to take risks and challenge themselves because they do not fear failure or criticism.

By integrating these competencies into the Empowerment Program, leaders will improve their social and emotional competencies and learn to navigate complex interpersonal situations, promote a positive work environment, and successfully lead their teams towards common goals. With this program, we aim to empower and inspire leaders who can make a real difference in their organizations and communities.

The program is conducted with flexible and safe online coaching.
