Let this year be the year your team starts working like a Swiff Army Knife!

When I write this, it’s the first day of 2025. A fresh, new year. I hope you’ve set some ambitious and exciting goals for your company this year!

Are you wondering how to get your team as excited as you are to hit your targets this year?

Have you recently experienced a dip in engagement—where things started falling through the cracks, and people showed up to meetings tired and cranky?

Are you right now thinking about how to get your team to work like a Swiss Army knife: sharp, efficient, and adaptable?

A team that takes action like a self-driving unit—fully committed to your projects, prioritizing the right actions, instead of finding things to complain about or argue over that add no value to anyone.

This is reality:

To influence your team to perform at their best, you need a certain level of social skills.

Think of it like a toolbox. The fact is, you don’t need to be some kind of social genius to excel in leading your team—you just need the right social techniques.

When you use these techniques, here’s what happens:

  • Your team will start to understand, relate to, and feel engaged when you hold meetings and present your targets.

  • You’ll handle tough conversations with grace, leaving both of you feeling heard and respected.

  • You’ll know exactly how to turn disengaged behaviors into successful performance.

And when you do that..

  • Teams taking the right actions to finish projects.

  • Satisfied customers because your team exceeds their expectations. Every time.

  • Higher revenue—not just because a high-performing team attracts more customers, but because the right actions are being taken.

And the best part?? You will spend less time and energy pushing, encouraging, and trying to figure out your team and more time focusing on the things you love—like growing your business.

Instead, you’ll gain time and energy because you’ll have a self-driven team—allowing you to focus on what you’re best at: growing your company.

And now, I’m going to tell you something that will get you excited!

Next week, I’m doing something new.

I’ll be teaching a small group of entrepreneurial leaders how to use my ISLAND Framework (Include, Spark, Listen, Authenticity, Direction). This framework is like a machine for building Swiss Army knife teams—but in a kind, human-centered way.

It includes the best practical tools from behavioral science, psychology, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)—tools I’ve used both in my own event company and in my work as a human factors specialist to improve team performance.

And YOU are welcome to join us.

Let this year be the year your team starts working like a Swiss Army knife.
