I work as a team engagement and performance coach, helping entrepreneurs in growing businesses lead in a way that fosters high engagement and performance in their teams.

My greatest passion is helping businesses and people thrive together. I’ve always been deeply interested in personal development, motivation, communication, leadership, and organization, reading book after book on these topics.

I built an event company from the ground up, creating an entire community.

I’ve also worked as a human factors specialist in the maritime industry, where human performance can be crucial in preventing life-threatening incidents.

I have three academic degrees in behavioral science, business administration, and psychology. I’m also a certified ICC coach, hold a diploma in NLP negotiation techniques, and am certified in psychological safety and behavioral design.
