This community is for you—a business owner with a growing company—who is interested in easy-to-use social techniques to build team engagement and performance.

But before we dive into our new community for business owners, I want to tell you my story.

Helping businesses and people thrive together has always been my greatest passion.

But something about today’s organizational structures really bothers me. Bad management, rigid hierarchies, and a lack of understanding of what truly gets people to perform are holding people back. I have always been curious about what gets people to feel satisfied, engage, and find that "spark".

I’ve had some incredible experiences along the way:

• I built an event company from scratch, creating a whole community with a youth center, animals, events, and multiple collaborations. Together, we successfully engaged children, teenagers, and adults who drove the animal care and company forward with great results.
  

• I worked as a Human Factors Specialist in the maritime industry, where human performance can literally be the deciding factor in preventing incidents with fatal outcomes.
  

And I’ve always been a seeker of knowledge. My education reflects that:

• B.A. in Behavioral Science

• B.A. in Business Administration

• M.A. in Psychology

  
  

  I’m also a certified ICC coach, hold a diploma in NLP negotiation techniques, and am certified in psychological safety and behavior design. Add to that countless courses in leadership, communication, and related fields.
  

In 2023, I founded The Island Coach to help leaders engage and motivate their employees using simple and effective social techniques based on behavioral science, psychology, psychological safety, and NLP.

Now, I’m so excited to launch this community and share the best social techniques with you—tools that will help you build amazing team engagement in your company.
